Visa and Immigration Law

In principle, the applicable United States of America visa and immigration law is considered federal law and is, therefore, uniform for all 50 states. This means that anyone who is eligible to apply for a visa can live and work in any state of the United States of America after approval and receipt.

The American visa and immigration law consists of several main and subcategories. There are two visa directions; one could lead to American citizenship, the other will not.

Deciding which visa is the "right" visa for you and your family is very much dependent on your individual requirements and objectives and requires an intensive consultation.

Let BURKARD LAW FIRM, P.A. help you and your family navigate the visa process.
